Should you buy a used wheelchair lift or a new one? This is one of the questions that comes into our mind when it comes to purchasing a mobility equipment for our handicap relative or family member. Wheelchair Stair Lift. For people who find it hard going up the stair, wheelchair stair lift is the solution. It is basically an inclined stair lift where it moves up and down the stairs, whether you have a curved stair or a straight one. This is attached to the stair risers or in the wall itself. 

Wheechair stair lift has a platform where you can place your wheelchair to be able to transfer you up and down the stairs. When not in use, this lift folds up in a vertical fashion so that other people can use the stair with no obstruction.

Portable Wheelchair Lift. This type of wheelchair lift is the one which you can bring anywhere, easy to assemble and store. Moreover, portable wheelchair lift is durable and has attractive designs to choose from. There are models which can carry many types of wheelchairs: from power wheelchairs, kids wheelchairs and traditional adult disability chairs.

Keep in mind that before picking up a reconditioned wheelchair lift you should carefully evaluate its characteristics.
